By using any services provided by Hunnylicious Designs, you the customer agree to the following Terms Of Service in its entirety…

Payments, Fees  and Refund Policy

• All Projects $50 and under must be paid for in full up front before I begin working on them. Anything over $50 will require a 50% deposit in order to secure and begin a project. The remaining balance must be paid in its entirety once you are completely satisfied with your project and before your completed file is delivered to you.
• Deposits are completely refundable before I have started working on a project or within 24 hours of making the deposit. Whichever comes first.
• Payment for a completed project is due within 5 days of completion. If payment is not received within that time frame, unless we have discussed otherwise a $10 fee per each day after the 5 day period will be charged. If payment is not made within 20 days of completion your project may be deleted from my database and a  new order will need to be placed.
• Upon completion of a project over $50 in which you have paid a deposit you have 20 days to make the payment for the remaining balance so that I may send your complete file. Unless prior discussed and approved, failure to do so may result in your project being deleted from my database and your deposit being forfeited. In this case a new order will have to be placed and full price charged as before. I will always make every attempt to contact and notify you of this before this actually happens.
• If for any reason whatsoever that I am not able to complete your project due to a problem on my end a full refund of any monies paid to me for said project shall be issued to you the consumer.
•  Concerning Electronic Delivered Products: I want to always make sure that you guys are happy with the work that I do for you. But after I have delivered your finished  project file to you I can not issue a refund at all since of course there is no way I can take an electronic delivered product back from you. However, I will do my best to fix anything to your liking if it does not suit you 100%.
• Hosting:  If you do not have your own hosting to host your project  and you need help with finding some I can help you out with getting some very affordable or even free hosting. Just let me know. I am not responsible for any issues that any hosting company or site that you choose to host on may have nor am I responsible for any loss of images, data, etc due to loss of hosting. If you would like you may use my hosting ( I recommend this)for an additional $5 added to the cost of your project and $12 per year thereafter that you would like to continue using it. If you choose to do so please understand that I am not in any way responsible for any technical issue that my hosting company may undergo at any time. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
• Niteflirt Payments: Please be advised that  I am charged 30% to cover their processing fees. Because of this 30% will be added to the price of your project in order to supplement those charges so that I am paid in full. Thank you in advance for your understanding regarding this matter.

What is Expected of You The Customer

• You must be the license holder for any photo’s and/or images that you send to me to work on your project with. Meaning that the images must either be of yourself or of a model whose images you have paid for and received license to use the images. Hunnylicious Designs reserves the right to ask to see proof of licensing if it is felt that it is necessary. If that information cannot be provided your project may be denied.
• All models in images that will be used on adult themed sites MUST be at least 18 years of age and older at the time of photography. If it is found that any model is not at least 18 years old your project WILL be denied and no deposits paid will be refunded. Hunnylicious Designs is NOT responsible in any way,  shape,  form or fashion if mislead into believing that a model is of legal age but is not.
• I am entitled to display any finished project on my site and other sites as examples of my work. If for any reason you do not want your finished project displayed on my site please let me know in writing by the time I am done with your project.
• Please have some type of idea of what you’re looking for. I am quite creative and can come up with something on my own that you will love 9 times out of 10 but I do need to have an idea of what it is that you are shooting for.
• Please be reasonably available. From time to time I may need to contact you for something regarding your project. I also like to check with you midway through a project for your approval of what I have done so far. I don’t expect for you to glue yourselves to the computer of  course but just try to answer emails or telephone calls in a timely manner.
• Please let me know up front of any deadlines you may have. My turnaround is normally pretty quick anyway but if you have a certain deadline or may need your project rushed please notify me.

What You The Customer Can Expect Of Me

• When I make custom work for you I will never resell or reproduce your content.
• I will try my very best to create work that meets and exceeds your expectations. From the very moment I start your project to the very end I will make sure everything is functioning properly and looking great.
• You will always get courteous, prompt, reliable, and professional service whenever you are dealing with Hunnylicious Designs.
• Niteflirt has in the past and may again change their coding at any given time. After your work is complete and installed and working correctly I am not responsible for your listing not showing up correctly if they do so at a later date. But I can go in and straighten out errors if you need me to for a fee. Just ask.

Other Things

• Acceptance: By hiring me to do your project and submitting your payment for me to do so you are agreeing to all of my Terms Of Service stated here.
•  Hunnylicious Designs reserves the right to add to or take away from this list at any given time.

Privacy Policy

Hunnylicious Designs will never at any time disclose any personal information provided at the time of services. This includes anything such as name, address, telephone number, etc. I will also never give away any business secrets and/or techniques disclosed to me during time of services as well.

Low Price Guarantee

I am pretty much one of the most affordable web designers you will find. However, if you find the exact package, product, etc that I am offering elsewhere at a lower price please Contact Me as I will possibly match or even beat their price if that price can be verified. If I am unable to do so I may be able to throw in a little something extra. 🙂 This offer applies to custom work only.
